According to the Law No.133 dated 08.07.2011 on the personal data protection, personal data is any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural or legal person (personal data subject).

  The identifiable person is the person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to his identity. In order to exercise its duties and obligations, the State Tax Service processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Law No.133 dated 08.07.2011, being duly registered in the Register of personal data controllers (No.0000118- 004 dated 06.02.2020).
