List of vacancies
The staffing within the State Fiscal Service is done as follows:
1. In the vacant or temporarily vacant public positions in accordance with the provisions of art. 28 and art. 30 of Law no. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 “On the civil service and the status of the civil servant”, by:
- contest
- promotion;
- transfer;
- secondment;
- ensuring the interim of the public management position.
The competition is usually organized, after applying the methods of filling the vacant public position mentioned above at letter. b) and c) and according to the provisions of the Regulation regarding the filling of the vacant public position by competition approved by annex no. 1 to the Government Decision no. 201 of March 11, 2009.
2. In the technical and auxiliary service functions, based on an individual employment contract, according to the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova (Law no. 154-XV of March 28, 2003).
